Server-Side Transfer & 9-Mode Sync Engine
SyncMage's transfer engine moves millions of files between different cloud storage services without routing data through your browser or leaving incomplete files behind.
Tasks run asynchronously in the cloud. You can close your browser or shut down your computer; the server-side engine completes the transfer, verifies every file, and notifies you when finished.
Four-step automatic transfer & sync
Every task follows a clear four-step workflow — Connect, Scan, Transfer, and Verify — with per-file tracking and live progress updates.
Secure Account Connection
Your encrypted cloud permissions are unlocked only while your transfer is running and are never saved as plain files on disk.
Smart Folder Comparison
Folders are scanned quickly even when they contain millions of files. Your file type, name, and size filters are applied to list only what needs to move.
Parallel Cloud-to-Cloud Transfer
Up to 10 files move simultaneously between your clouds while showing live transfer speed and progress on your dashboard every second.
Automatic File Verification
Every transferred file is checked to confirm its size and integrity before it is marked complete. In Move mode, original files are removed only after verification succeeds.
Direct Cloud Stream, Adaptive Bridging & Auto-Resume
1. Direct Cloud-to-Cloud Stream
When transferring between standard cloud drives and object storage (such as Google Drive to OneDrive, or Amazon S3 to Backblaze B2), data streams directly between providers in memory without waiting on local disk staging.
2. Adaptive Protocol Bridge
When bridging specialized workloads (such as Google Photos sessions, read-only Email-to-PDF archives, or database backups) to your target cloud, a memory-safe encrypted stream transfers chunks with automatic flow control and immediate buffer cleanup.
3. Auto-Resume & Smart Rename
Every file in a task is tracked individually. If a provider connection drops, the task resumes from the remaining files without starting over. When a file is renamed in the source, SyncMage detects the match and renames it in place on the target instead of re-uploading it.
All 9 Sync Modes & Deterministic Action Matrix
SyncMage supports one-to-many synchronization where each destination maintains its own independent sync history. State snapshots are updated only after a clean run so any interrupted items are retried automatically on the next run.
Simple Sync
Replicates additions, modifications and deletions from source to target without touching extra unrelated files already in the target.
Mirror Sync
Enforces an exact 1:1 mirror of the source directory on the target, deleting any extra files in the target that do not exist in the source.
Move Sync
Transfers files to the target and deletes the source copy only after the VERIFY stage confirms target byte size and checksum.
Cumulative Sync
Copies new and modified files to the target, but never deletes files from the target even when they are deleted from the source.
Update Sync
Clears the target directory first before transferring the current state of the source tree.
Incremental Backup Sync
Creates a new dated subfolder on each run and copies only the files added or changed since your last sync.
Full Backup Sync
Saves a complete copy of the entire source folder into a new dated subfolder on every run.
Two-Way Sync
Keeps two cloud folders in sync in both directions with simple conflict rules (newest wins, keep both, source wins, or target wins).
Real-Time Delta Sync
Watches cloud change feeds (Google Drive Changes, OneDrive Delta, Dropbox Longpoll) with a 5-second debounce window to replicate changes as they happen.
